Professional, medical grade facial treatments at Pearl Aesthetic Medicine begin with selecting high quality, transforming ingredients that target your specific skincare concerns. Your customized facial will be designed to address a variety of
skin care concerns and issues. We offer various skincare lines with some of the most effective ingredients: EltaMD, Neocutis, Skin Medica, and Dermalogica. These product lines are physician lines and were chosen for their efficacy and compatibility with the many high-tech, medical spa therapies available at Pearl.

Facials

The Pearl Facial

  • Specifically designed and discounted only for established patients of Pearl Aesthetic Medicine
  • Allows your aesthetician to get to know your skin with a combination of consultation and facial treatment
  • Brief but effective, with a tailored exfoliating treatment, gentle extractions, hydration, and protection

The Total Facial

  • Customized for individual skin needs
  • Includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and a customized medical grade treatment mask
  • The service is completed with facial and neck massage and applications of selected finishing products, serums, deep hydration, and sun protection

45 minutes, $160; 60 minutes, $210; 75 minutes, $265. For the 60 and 75 minute facials the use of high frequency, ultrasound, phototherapy, dermaplane, microcurrent, and extractions may be included

Pre- or Post-Procedure Structured Facial Protocol

  • Facial designed with Pearl Aesthetic Medicine laser procedures in mind for maintaining results or improving the success of an upcoming or recent procedure

LED Energy Facial

  • Noninvasive skin treatment using photoenergy without ultraviolet (UV) rays.
  • This treatment uses a combination of red, blue, and near-infrared light to treat the effects of aging, environmental damage, acne, wounds, and pain.
  • Increases circulation, accelerates tissue repair and ATP production, kills acne bacteria, improves skin tone, and helps to decrease wrinkles

Exfoliation Facial

  • A supercharged resurfacing treatment with a targeted retinol peel to resurface and renew
  • A combination of dermaplane, AHA and/or BHA acids, massage with a multivitamin oil ampule, plant enzymes, and a rich recovery mask
  • A great “day of” treatment with no downtime – removes dead skin and vellus hair, instantly softens skin and helps alleviate the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

Microneedling

Microneedling

Microneedling is a safe, non-ablative treatment to trigger the growth of new collagen and elastin in the skin resulting in smooth, firm, and toned skin with the decreased appearance of scars, acne, spots, and wrinkles, and refining the look of
large pores. Consultation is required prior to booking any microneedling treatments.

  • Microneedle services include double cleanse, initial exfoliation, dermaplane, and post-treatment instructions
  • A prescription-strength topical numbing ointment is applied prior to the procedure
  • The skin of the face and neck are treated
  • Skin will feel and look warm on the day of treatment, like a mild sunburn which resolves within a few hours
  • Healing time can be anywhere from none to a few days, depending on your choice of treatment
  • Best results are seen with a series of 6 treatments spaced every 3-4 weeks, with maintenance every 2 months

Microneedling with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

  • PRP therapy harnesses the power of your own blood plasma and platelets for their ability to stimulate cell turnover, tissue regeneration, and increased collagen and elastin production.
  • Often referred to as the “Vampire Facial”, this treatment is the most effective microneedle treatment

Strictly Clinical Chemical Peels

Chemical Peels are tried and tested procedures that have been used for decades to treat wrinkles, discolored skin, scars, and the effects of aging. Healing time is dependent on the peel that is indicated for you. Consultation is required before booking any chemical peels.

Illuminize Peel

  • Salicylic, mandelic, malic, and phytic acids with Vitamin E and resorcinol
  • Best for mild skin imperfections with minimal healing time

  • Retinol Vitamin A and salicylic acid
  • Best for acne-prone, oily, combination, and mature skin with fine lines, wrinkles, or roughness

  • For the treatment of multiple skin problems such as acne scarring, aging pigment changes, deeper wrinkles, and more severe skin imperfections
